This masterplan involves seven housing blocks designed to accommodate a cross section of Winnipeg’s diverse consumer groups. A mix of over 500 condo and rental units, Tuxedo Point offers a dense new neighbourhood with amenities including parks and landscaping, shared community areas, public pathways, and easy access to Assiniboine Park, Fort Whyte Conservation Area and a nearby shopping district. The Oxbow Condominiums and the Spot at Tuxedo Point, which constitute six of the seven housing blocks, are currently under construction.
