Park City Commons is a 23 acre mixed-use development located at 1500 Plessis Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a former City of Winnipeg Public Works Yard, the site will be transformed into a high-density, mixed-use, transit-oriented development with a new public library and multi-use recreational facility.

Park City Commons will be a development that contains fully-integrated accessible living within a community where residents can live, shop, and obtain everyday services, augmented by easy access to transit service. Retail units include a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, restaurants, various retail stores and more. Some buildings will contain residential apartments directly above the retail units to provide greater access to the amenities.

BLDG "PQ" (150 Transcona BLVD) is the seventh and last multi-family building at the Park City Common Development. This 6-storey apartment building has 177 units located at the corner of Transcona Blvd and Bienvenue St. There are double-volume amenities in the core of the building including lounges, a fitness studio, and a party room. The buildings offers various suite types from studios to 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suites.  It also offers universal and adaptable suite options.
