Current renovations to this existing home on South Drive involves a complete exterior upgrade and modifications to the landscaping. The exterior will be re-cladded in IPE wood slats and new stucco color that complements the existing tyndall stone bricks. The upgrade includes new windows, doors, light fixtures and custom illuminated address signage.

The landscaping features a new exterior lounge, carport, entry canopy, deck, hot tub, dog playarea and bbq dining area.

Previous interior renovations involved the complete re-modelling of an ensuite bathroom and basement bar.
