The Actual Gallery is a renovated commercial space inside what used to be a furniture showroom. By inserting the Director’s Office and storage rooms as programmatic ‘island’, the large existing space is broken down into four galleries of varying size and character enabling the Director to select and showcase a variety of commercial artwork. Other renovations include new exterior doors and window, wood flooring, and refurbished concrete floors.
